Medical Review Officer  (MRO Service )- This service is for a one-time review of Prescription Information that has been submitted.  Please kindly note that review of subsequent or additional information for the specific specimen will be subject to additional fees  once the Medical Review Officer (MRO) has made a determination (adjudication) in the case.

  • Name of Prescribing Physician
  • Dates of filling of Rx.(Prescription)
  • Prescription Numbers.
  • Identification of the Substances dispensed ( Names of medication)
  • Please make sure that the prescription documents contain personally identifiable Information besides the name. For Example , the document should include, a full name and date of birth.

 

Please also note that the MRO service does not cover the expense for additional testing that may be required to make the determination.
