This panel is used to identify DRUG-FACILITATED SEXUAL ASSAULT drugs that are sometimes referred to as Club Drugs. 

 INCIDENT DATE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS  TEST ( Approximate is OK)

 Specimen Requirement -10 mL Urine

Urine must be collected within five (5) days. of drug exposure
