This is a non-refundable fee for participation in the Buckleys Renewal Center Random DOT Alcohol & Drug Testing Selection Program.
Kindly note that non-compliance due to failing to provide the employee list in a timely manner ( 3 days after the request is made) , and failure to ensure selected employee testing per selection , will result in termination from the consortium.

In order to keep this Consortium compliant and affordable, each member company is required to do the following:
-Please note that for efficiency and record keeping , all communication and results will be sent via email and participation in this Consortium implies consent to this mode of communication.
– Respond urgently to with each request for staff list. We require that you provide us with the current list of Safety Sensitive Employees within 3 business days of our email request. Failure to do so will result in termination from the Random Drug and AlcoholTesting Consortium and program
– Notify selected driver(s) of selection only when they can immediately (Right Away upon Notification) proceed to get a specimen collected (be mindful of the Testing Site operating hours – The Drivers cannot get any prior notice of test).
– Owner-operators and other employers who themselves perform safety-sensitive duties MUST report for TESTING immediately after notification is received an fax or email a confirmation of test completion by midnight on the date of notification.

Where can I find their qualifications?

Urine Collector |
Collect urine specimens using Part 40 procedures, ship the specimens to Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) certified laboratories for analysis, and distribute copies of the CCF to the laboratory, MRO, employer, and employee in a timely and confidential manner. The collector is required to maintain collection site security and integrity (see Appendix B and video.)

Laboratory |
Receive, analyze, and report laboratory confirmed results only to MROs. The laboratory must be certified by the HHS.

Medical Review Officer (MRO) |
Receive laboratory confirmed urine drug test results; determine whether there is a legitimate medical explanation for a laboratory-confirmed positive, adulterated, or substituted result; and review and report a verified result to the employer in a timely and confidential manner. |

Screening Test Technician (STT) |
Conduct an alcohol screening test (i.e., the first test given to an employee). It can be either a breath or saliva test. The STT documents the test result on an ATF and transmits the results to the employer in a timely and confidential manner. |

Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) |
Conduct alcohol screening and confirmation tests (i.e., the second test given to an employee whose screening test result is .02 or above) by collecting and analyzing breath specimens using an approved screening device and an evidential breath testing (EBT) device, document the results of the test on a DOT ATF, and transmit the results to the employer in a timely and confidential manner. |
